Three Ways To Beat Emotion

The first is physiology
Bodies and our emotions is one sietem unity. Regardless of our emotions affect the condition of our bodies. When we are sad, our body bowed and our eyes looking down. When we are happy, our body is more robust and our eyes will be shining. Why like that?? because of Physiology, focus, and confidence are the three things that shape emotions and our moods.

Second is the focus
What you focus on, that's what you get. If before you pick up the phone to make an appointment, the focus that you create is pick up the phone to make an appointment, you think, the focus is rejection, then you are so reluctant to make an appointment.

Be careful with the words that you remove either orally or in the words of the heart. If the words that you spend most of the words pessimistic, negative, and full of trouble then your focus will be on things that create emotional distress. Conversely, if you can meilih words positive then your focus will be on more enthusiastic emotion.

Third is the belief
As an illustration, if you see with your own eyes, there is fun to throw a conglomerate of four diamonds valued at one billion disposal place will you find antsusias? yes sure, though very stinging smell of garbage, you will definitely find that you are very sure of getting the diamonds. 
The amount of confidence will greatly affect us in doing an activity. Whatever the obstacles and problems faced, if we felt confident would be able to overcome a problem of any kind.
